BNI has been amazing for me, I have been a member for 3 years now and 70% of my business comes from BNI – I have never had to pick up a phone to make a cold call since I joined!

Being self-employed is hard enough when you are working alone… However joining BNI instantly gave me 40 like-minded business colleagues who work alongside me helping promote my business and I there’s! Giving each other a network of people to whom you can pick up the phone and talk to any number of them for help, guidance and advice too.

I joined BNI primarily for the support network of tradespeople heating engineers, electricians general maintenance etc. that I would need as a letting agent and property manager. I thought if I also got any new business from it that would be a bonus. It turned out to be the only marketing I have ever needed to do and has doubled the size of my business.

As a small, niche charity it’s great to have the BNI members really supportive of helping pushing our message out. Also, they are a great bunch of folks.

I am proud to be part of a wonderful group of like-minded business friends that want to support each of us to succeed in business by recommending them to our best contacts

I can honestly say that BNI has not only been responsible for 80% of my business but the contacts I have made have also helped my husband’s business grow too.

BNI works for me. And I work for BNI. I am a sales rep for 35 other companies and I have 35 sales reps working for me. It’s a no brainer!

BNI contributes to over 60% of my annual turnover and I wish I had found it sooner.

What can I say I like about BNI Churchill in just a few words? There is a genuine commitment to see everyone’s business succeed, and the exposure to an extensive potential client base is invaluable.

I joined BNI over 5 years ago, and can honestly say that this was the best decision I ever made regarding my business. In my first year of being a member, 40% of my sales were generated through the group and this has steadily increased to 74% last year. Apart from the business received, the group provides great support in other ways e.g. It is great to never worry about where to find a good plumber, electrician, IFA, employment lawyer, website designer etc., and to top it all we have a lot of fun!

If you would have told me over 3 years ago I would be a member of a business networking club I would have told you to get your head examined. I was invited by a friend and turned up as a favour. It was not what I expected. I joined and 3 years down the line I’m still attending, enjoying, creating and receiving a huge amount of business. It’s the only one place I know I will definitely be every week.

BNI is the only place I know I’ll be every week, it’s a massive part of our business and has helped us grow leaps and bounds.

What’s good about BNI Churchill? The members are friendly, inspirational, supportive and focused. We are an enviable list of trusted contacts and refer lot of business to each other!

I’ve tried many forms of networking over the years and avoided BNI for many years as well as I thought I would not be able cope with the very early mornings and the weekly commitment as well as the disciplined structure. How wrong can you be with preconceptions! One of my customers talked me into going so I went as his guest, that was a year and a half ago and I’ve not looked back since, I have made some very good business contacts as well as making great friends, BNI is now the only thing that I do re advertising, I now have a great team behind me promoting me, Thank you Churchill Chapter.

Having been a part of BNI Churchill since 2005 when I started my Mortgage Broking company, through the economic downturn in 2007 and the years since, BNI has been integral to the growth of my company and its success, not only with the business referred to me which I am grateful for but also the support and breadth of knowledge available from all the like-minded members who are committed to the success of all the businesses who are part of this Chapter.

When I first joined BNI my main aim was to promote my business and gain new work. However I have met a great group of people who I trust and who all strive to help each other both personally and professionally.

From my very first visit to the BNI Churchill chapter, everyone was so lovely and welcoming! So I decided to ignore the fact we had to get up and be present for weekly meetings at 6am and give it a go! I have only been attending for 3.5 months and I already know I made a great decision! When I first heard about BNI I thought something like multi-level marketing thing. Which I hate by the way. Especially when I understand it’s a meeting every week really early morning I told myself no way to attend to this meeting. I cannot wake up. Everything I heard before my first visit was speaking against it. However something inside me said try it nothing to lose. I tell you now if I would have been decided not to attend that would have been the biggest mistake in my life. First my business wouldn’t be that successful as it is, second I wouldn’t have trustful connections in every single profession. And the most important I wouldn’t know those lovely and very friendly people who I dare to say they are my friends at BNI CHURCHILL CHAPTER.

Where is the SIX star option?! It is commonly known that BNI is the most effective networking organisation in the UK. Being a part of the ‘Churchill Chapter’ near Bromley which is ranked in the top 10 out of 650 in the country is quite simply – a privilege. As a Card Payment Specialist since 2013 ‘Churchill’ has not only supplied with 40% of my sales but also elevated me to ‘Presidents Club’ within a Blue-chip FTSE 100 company. It is a group that constantly delivers referrals and referrals into business but I must make mention the members whom are some of the kindest you could meet. The business network that you build around your business is so important to the growth of your business. This is why BNI Churchill has been integral to how my business has developed over the last three years. It is not only the people in the room it is the people that they potentially can put in touch with that is also important. It is hard work if you are going to be a successful member but the rewards are immense from a business and a personal point of view.

I have been a proud member of BNI at the Churchill Chapter in Bromley since its launch back in 2000! Needless to say having stayed here for 16 years I see it as good value. Lots has changed over that time but the one constant is that all the members have a genuine shared interest of networking to gain more business for themselves and also to build a strong relationship with other trades and professions. In my opinion we are one of the best Chapters in the UK and I wouldn’t want to be a member anywhere else!
